Shipping/Return Policy

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Items being returned must be unused, unopened, and in saleable condition in the original package. MuleyCrazy will not accept any returned packages sent C.O.D. We suggest you insure your package as we are not held responsible for loss or damaged packages returned to us. No refunds on original shipping or return shipping charges unless the item(s) have been damaged during shipping. Allow 15 to 30 days for refund to “Bill To” party. Items in clearance are non-refundable. Shipping charges will still apply to packages refused or undeliverable.
